Murphy Salisbury, The Corporate Finance Network’s representative firm in Warwickshire, have enabled their client to secure funding for a new business venture.
The client approached Mark Bullock, of Murphy Salisbury, when they were looking to begin a new business venture in the specialist craft industry, and required funding to facilitate the company start-up and provide working capital.
Mark prepared the necessary business plans and financial projections, and entered into negotiations with a number of potential funders, securing the necessary finance with Lloyds through the Enterprise Guarantee Scheme.
The deal was completed in December 2009, and the client began trading in January 2010.
