LEES Accountants, The Corporate Finance Network’s member firm in the East Anglia region, have assisted their client with the syndicate purchase of a major commercial property.
Chris Bidgood of LEES supported the client, a property development company, throughout the purchase. He advised on an appropriate structure for the transaction, and negotiated with the vendors to secure the purchase. He also played a key role in the fundraising negotiations, liaising with potential funders in order to secure the required finance for the purchase.
The syndicate purchase was completed in April, for a total consideration of £3.2 million.
