Due Diligence on behalf of HSBC

LEES have recently completed a Financial Due Diligence assignment for HSBC Bank plc

Jerry Hyde has led the team who have carried out an investigation and prepared a report in respect of a £400k facility provided to an MBO team by HSBC Bank plc.

The bank instructed LEES to carry out independent financial due diligence, and the MBO team completed the acquisition in late 2007.
