TWP, The Corporate Finance Network's founder member firm, covering the Surrey region, has recently completed the successful sale of a company in the chemical industry.
Philip Munk and Paul Hawksley of TWP assisted the client throughout the sale of their business, working to develop the most tax efficient structure for the deal. They acted as financial advisors to the client during the entire process, as well as entering into negotiations with the potential buyers, a multi-national organisation, over pricing issues.
After a period of extensive negotiation, the sale was successfully completed in June 2010 for a consideration of £1 million.
