SFLGS in the Tourism Sector

LEES have recently completed a fundraising assignment for a client in the tourism and leisure sector

Jerry Hyde of LEES led the negotations with Barclays Bank who provided a £150k loan secured under the DTI Small Firms' Loan Guarantee Scheme.

Under the terms of the scheme there are various criteria to be met and Jerry ensured that the case for the loan was demonstrated to the bank and provided all relevant supporting documentation including a full business plan and projections.

These funds will be used to provide general working capital and to support business expansion in this fast growing business.
