Horsfield & Smith, The Corporate Finance Network’s representative firm in the North Manchester area, have enabled their client to expand – a fantastic ‘good news’ story during these difficult trading times for many other businesses.
The company, a business in the printing sector, is undergoing a period of rapid expansion and, as a result, had found that it had outgrown its existing rented premises and wished to relocate, and also move away from renting to purchase their own property instead.
Jonathan Staples & Nigel Roberts led the corporate finance team at Horsfield & Smith, who advised the client in their bid to purchase the new building. By preparing detailed financial forecasts and advising on the application process, Jonathan and Nigel were able to assist the client to secure an impressive 80% loan to value mortgage from their existing bankers.
The deal was completed in June 2009 and the company now has new, larger premises in which to continue their expansion.
