Dave Bond at Morris Owen played a key part in negotiating and recommending a suitable structure for the deal, and advised on the tax implications of the company's sale. He also provided the client with highly beneficial information and advice regarding the tax warranties and indemnities surrounding the deal.
To the satisfaction of the shareholders, the transaction was successfully completed in July 2008, with the client securing a price of £2.6 million.
