TWP, the accountancy firm representing The Corporate Finance Network in the Surrey region, have completed a valuation project for their client, a company in the engineering industry.
The client approached TWP when they were considering the sale of their business, but were uncertain what amount they could expect to secure from this sale, especially in this difficult financial climate. Phil Munk of TWP, was able to use his extensive experience to provide the client with an appropriate and realistic valuation of the company.
Phil agreed an appropriate selling price with the client in June 2010, and they are currently considering their options with regard to the sale of their business.
