Williams & Co, representing The Corporate Finance Network’s Executive Team, have enabled their client to secure new finance for an expansion project.
In this difficult climate, many businesses are suffering, and struggling to survive. However, Williams & Co have shown growth is possible, helping their client to secure new funding to enable them to begin an exciting expansion project.
The client, a company in the food processing industry, approached Robert Williams, of Williams & Co, when they were considering the possibility of expanding their business. Robert prepared a detailed business plan, as well as extensive financial projections, and acted as Lead Advisor throughout the deal, entering into negotiations with a number of potential funders.
The deal was completed in November 2009, with the client extremely pleased to have secured £1.8million of working capital finance from Bibby.
