The Corporate Finance Network announces a further addition to the Executive Team, allowing them to offer even more specialised services and assistance to SME’s, no matter where they are situated in the UK.
David Beveridge, of Macdonald Henderson, has been appointed in the role of Scottish Legal Support, enhancing the capabilities of The Corporate Finance Network to give legal advice and support specifically tailored to SME's in Scotland.
David was appointed as a solicitor in 1999, and was made a director of Macdonald Henderson in 2006, having previously worked for Maclay Murray & Spens, one of Scotland's biggest corporate law firms. He has extensive experience of a wide range of corporate law, ranging from acting for the UK's biggest venture capitalist to advising many SME's, and has also been involved in advising clients on many transactions with cross-border elements. David was named as a "Rising Star" in the field of corporate law in the Cuthbert Legal Awards 2007.
