The Corporate Finance Network have today announced the appointment of their first Scottish firm, Iain D Sim & Co
Iain D Sim & Co of Kilmarnock and Glasgow have become the first Scottish member of The Corporate Finance Network, an organisation supporting and promoting corporate finance accountants who specialise in advising business owners upon fundraising, buying and selling companies, in particular where the deal value is less than £3m.
