“I hear regularly how many deals have fallen apart because the advisors just didn’t have the experience or skills to negotiate it to a successful conclusion. As corporate finance activity is continuing to become more commonplace for SME business owners, it is essential for any firm to be able to confidently offer that level of specialist advice.”
